To get motivated to exercise, I start by dancing Latin dances to TV commercial music or the alarm clock CD player.
Once I’m warmed up, I use the Yoga and other exercises in whatever order comes naturally. It stimulates my brain to think of my next move.
I try not to think of it as exercise, but rather dancing, which I love.
My body-builder niece, suggests that throughout the day, take 12 lunge steps across the room to get a little exercise, relieve stress, and curb food cravings. Those lunges just might turn into very small ballet leaps and spins for me.
